Fit Check on Delivery

When your order arrives, you can try it on while the courier waits.
Not the right fit or style? No worries, just hand it back to the courier on the spot.

You’ll only need to cover the return delivery fee.

Easy Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’ve got you.
You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is:

- In its original packaging
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all tags still attached

We’ll gladly help you find the perfect replacement! Kindly note that shipping fees apply for exchanges.

Refunds

Because each piece is made with care, we’re currently only able to offer refunds in the case of damage.

Just reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with a quick photo, and we’ll take care of the rest.
